SN65HVD234D, Интерфейс CAN 3.3V TXRX SLEEP MOD [SO-8]The SN65HVD234D is a CAN (Controller Area Network) transceiver with ultra low current sleep mode in 8 pin SOIC package. This CAN transceiver is used in applications employing CAN serial communication physical layer in accordance with the ISO 11898-2 standard. The SN65HVD234D provides transmit and receive capability between differential CAN bus and CAN controller with signalling rates up to 1Mbps. The SN65HVD234D features cross wire protection, overvoltage protection up to ±36V, loss of ground protection, overtemperature (thermal shutdown) protection and common mode transient protection of ±100V. The device operates over a wide -7V to 12V common mode range. The SN65HVD234D enters a low current standby mode during which the driver is switched off and receiver remains active if a high logic level is applied to the RS pin. This device enters an ultra low current sleep mode in which both driver and receiver circuits are deactivated if a low logic level is applied to EN pin (pin 5)., Single 3.3V supply voltage, Bus pins fault protection exceeds ±36V, Bus pin ESD protection exceeds ±16KV HBM, GIFT/ICT compliant, High input impedance allows for 120 nodes, Adjustable driver transition times for improved emissions performance, Unpowered node does not disturb bus, Low current standby mode of typically 200µA, Operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C, LVTTL I/Os are 5V tolerant
